This product is made to order and fulfilled through a global print network. It's routed to the facility best equipped to produce it based on your location and the availability of specific colors, sizes, materials, or style variations.

Where is my order shipping from?

It ships directly from the facility assigned to produce your specific item, based on what's available and closest to your delivery address.

Will this item ship separately?

It might. If your order includes multiple items, this one may be fulfilled at a different location and arrive in a separate package. There are no extra shipping charges beyond what you see at checkout.

Will I get tracking updates?

Most shipments include tracking. If it's available for your destination, you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as the item ships. Some carriers or regions may not support full tracking.

Can I get free shipping for this product?

Possibly. We do our best to offer free shipping on eligible domestic orders, but availability depends on your location and the items in your cart. International orders may not qualify due to higher carrier costs, and we can't guarantee free shipping outside your region. When we can't offer it for free, we try to cover part of the cost ourselves. If this item qualifies, you'll see the free shipping option applied automatically at checkout.

If I can't get free shipping, how much will I pay?

Shipping rates for this item are calculated based on your location, the product type, and where it's being fulfilled. If your order includes items produced at different facilities, shipping charges may appear separately.

This product may qualify for reduced shipping when multiple items of the same type are shipped together. Reduced shipping may only apply if the items are within the same size category. Otherwise, full shipping rates may apply per item.

Can you ship this item to my country?

Most likely, yes, but there are exceptions. This item cannot currently be shipped to:

  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ukraine

Is there anything special I should know about how to write my shipping address?

Yes. To avoid delays, returns, or failed deliveries, please follow these rules:

  • only use Latin characters in address lines;
  • address Line 1 must be 35 characters or fewer;
  • address Line 2 must be 30 characters or fewer;

A valid phone number is required for all international orders.

PO boxes

PO Boxes are only recommended for addresses within the United States. Using a PO Box outside the US is discouraged and done at your own risk. Orders to PO Boxes may face delivery delays or failures if the product is too large (max supported box size is 12" x 22.5").

We do not validate addresses. You are responsible for entering the full and correct delivery address.

Make sure everything is filled out correctly at checkout. If your information is missing or incomplete, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs.

Do some countries have their own extra rules?

Yes, and if you're shipping to one of these countries, the requirements below must be followed.

Shipping to Germany

For successful delivery to addresses in Germany, you must include:

  • your full name, matching the name on the apartment building;
  • the full street address and house number, and apartment number if applicable.

If shipping to a business, the business name must be clearly displayed on the doorbell. PO Boxes are not accepted for orders to or within Germany.

Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop

If you're shipping to a Packstation (parcel locker) you must activate your Deutsche Post/DHL account for both Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop services before ordering. Once activated, you'll receive a postal number (Postnummer) linked to your account, which must be included in Address Line 1, along with the Packstation number. If any of this is missing or formatted incorrectly, the shipment will be returned without a delivery attempt.

Keep in mind that deliveries to a parcel locker outside of Germany are not supported at this time and won't be delivered.

Shipping to Brazil

To ship to Brazil, you must include:

  • your CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), using this format: XXX.XXX.XXX-XX;
  • a valid phone number.

Shipping to Mexico

To ship to Mexico, your address must include:

  • your full name;
  • your RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes), CURP (national ID), or another valid tax ID (passport or SSN accepted for non-residents), entered without spaces or punctuation;
  • a valid phone number;
  • your email address.

Shipping to Chile

Deliveries to Chile must include:

  • your RUN or RUT (national tax ID), using this format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z;
  • a valid phone number.

Shipping to South Korea

To deliver to South Korea, your address must include your PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code). Domestic deliveries within South Korea (fulfilled locally) may not require this, but international orders do.

Shipping to Venezuela

For deliveries to Venezuela, you must include:

  • your RIF (Registro de Identificación Fiscal);
  • your full name;
  • the complete address, including building name, street name or number, floor and apartment number, city or town, district, municipality, state, and postcode;
  • a valid phone number;
  • your email address.

Refunds & replacements

We want you to love your order and if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Please get in touch with us within 30 days of product delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. These items are final sale because they're custom made to order. We don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer's remorse.

What qualifies for a refund or replacement?

We'll offer a free replacement or full refund for issues reported within 30 days of delivery, including:

  • damaged items;
  • manufacturing defects;
  • wrong size, color, or item sent;
  • major printing issues (misalignment, quality, or print in the wrong area).

You do not need to return the item. Just send us the required documentation so we can verify the issue.

What doesn't qualify?

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • wrong size, color, or style ordered by mistake;
  • minor print placement differences (within 0.5");
  • minor garment size variations (±1" for adults, ±0.5" for baby clothing);
  • orders marked "delivered" but not received, unless carrier error is confirmed;
  • cosmetic differences due to screen-to-print color shift.

What do I need to submit?

Depending on the issue, we require specific types of photo or video evidence to expedite your claim:

  • print quality issue – clear photo of the item laid flat, showing the full design and the print issue in one frame;
  • print placement issue – photo of the item laid flat, showing the placement with a ruler or measuring tape (tolerance: up to 0.5" variation);
  • print in the wrong area – photo of the item folded to show both sides clearly;
  • wrong product photo of the received item with the size tag clearly visible;
  • incorrect size, brand, or quality – clear photo showing the item laid flat with the issue, design, and size tag visible in one frame;
  • sizing defect – photo of the item laid flat, showing measurements taken with a ruler or tape, compared to the size chart (tolerance: ±1/1.5" for most adult garments, ±0.5" for baby clothing);
  • electronic product defect – photo or video clearly showing the issue and attempted troubleshooting steps;
  • damaged during delivery – photo or video showing the packaging, printed design, and the damage;
  • reprint has the same issue – photo or video showing both the original and the reprint together in the same frame.

Videos cannot be uploaded through the form. Upload your video to a file-sharing service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) and paste the link in the form or email. Make sure link settings allow anyone with the link to view or download.

The air tasted faintly cold, sharper than snow, and the quiet pressed tightly around the ears. Figbert circled a claw—skritch, skriff, hushh—drawing careful loops that barely skimmed the surface. The silence caught, then pulsed—ping, thrum!—and light gathered slow, as though learning to move again. Each trace drew more light in, bending inward, until the center shimmered as breath on frosted glass. From that calm spun a cub, fur twinkling with tiny sparks, nose tipped in pale shimmer. He blinked—sniff!—the smell crisp, familiar, then rolled onto broad paws, pressing star-dust flat beneath him. He stretched, small and certain, steady as the North. Around him, the sky edged closer, circling evenly. Now he sits where night pivots, holding still while all the world turns. Aris, the cub who anchors the sky.
